Response: we aim to reply within one business day. A formal response-time commitment comes with an Enterprise agreement — we are not going to publish an SLA we have not signed.

What to include

These four things turn most tickets into a same-day answer:

Never send us a password, an API key or a QuickBooks® token. We will never ask for one, and we do not need one to help you.

Worth checking first

The card is blank or shows nothing

HubSpot loads cards only when they scroll into view. Scroll the card fully into view, or make the window taller, and reload. An unloaded card looks exactly like a broken one.

Costs are missing on a deal

Check the deal is linked to a QuickBooks job — the card says so plainly when it is not. If it is linked and costs are still missing, the bill lines may carry no customer reference, in which case Handled reports them as unattributed rather than guessing.

A number looks wrong

Tell us the number you expected and where you got it. We reconcile against QuickBooks rather than explaining the difference away.

An invoice did not reach the customer

Handled reports QuickBooks’ delivery result rather than claiming success. If QuickBooks says the email bounced, it is usually the billing contact on the deal in HubSpot that carries the wrong address — Handled writes the bill-to address onto the invoice from that contact, not from the QuickBooks customer record, which often has no email at all. Fix it there, or send us the right address and we will re-send.

Removing Handled

Uninstall it from HubSpot the way you would any app. That ends Handled’s access to that portal, but it does not yet erase your data by itself: email us and we will run the erasure and report back, table by table. The privacy page lists exactly what is erased.

Also disconnect Handled in QuickBooks. Uninstalling from HubSpot does not end Handled’s access to your QuickBooks company: that authorisation is held at Intuit, nothing in Handled acts on an uninstall yet, and Handled keeps reading QuickBooks on its scheduled refresh until the authorisation is revoked. Open QuickBooks, go to Settings → Apps, and remove Handled there too. The erasure we run when you ask revokes it as well.
